Alle Serien sind als ergänzende Literatur zu verstehen. Die Impulse dazu entspringen dem heutigen Zeitgeist. Man kann heute nicht mehr so musizieren, wie vor hundert Jahren. Uns fehlt die Zeit dafür, weil diese uns von medialen Ablenkungen gestohlen wird. Man benötigt nur drei Dinge: Zeit, Geduld & ein Instrument. Die traditionelle Notenschrift verliert auch immer schneller ihre Daseinsberechtigung. Dies lehrten mich meine Schüler, wie sie durch die 'Social-Media-Brille' auf das Handwerk Musik blicken. Bevor ich aber diese Publikation einstampfen lasse, digitalisiere ich sie und mache sie online-fit; Up-und download generiert.

All series are intended as supplementary reading. The impetus for them stems from the spirit of our times. We can no longer make music the way we did a hundred years ago. We lack the time for it because it is stolen from us by media distractions. All you need are three things: time, patience, and an instrument. Traditional musical notation is also rapidly losing its relevance. My students taught me this, as they view the craft of music through the lens of social media. Before I let this publication be scrapped, however, I am digitizing it and making it suitable for online use; uploads and downloads are generated.
